Our services
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. DataScrive provides analytics consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, including but not limited to:
- Analytics audits and implementation (DataScrive Foundation)
- Ongoing analytics maintenance and monitoring (DataScrive Pulse)
- Tag management, measurement planning, and dashboard configuration
- Analytics health checks and reporting
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Project engagements
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. All engagements begin with a free 60-minute discovery call. A formal proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be provided in writing. Work begins only after both parties have agreed to the proposal and a deposit (where applicable) has been received.

Client responsibilities include providing timely access to required platforms and accounts, designating a primary point of contact, and responding to requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
Payment terms
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal. In general:
- DataScrive Foundation — fixed-price, invoiced in two instalments: 50% on project start, 50% on delivery.
- DataScrive Pulse — billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no penalty; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Intellectual property
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for them under a project engagement, including reports, measurement plans, and dashboard configurations.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. DataScrive retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary processes used in delivering the services. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our general intellectual property to the client.
Confidentiality
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, analytics configurations, and any proprietary methodologies shared by DataScrive. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. DataScrive will not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.
Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from analytics implementations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataScrive's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. DataScrive may terminate an engagement immediately if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make payment.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Upon termination, DataScrive will provide the client with all deliverables completed to date. Access to any shared platforms or tools will be revoked within five business days.
Governing law
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
